Hi all and welcome here !!

I'm Patricia but everybody calls me Pat, which in French also means "pasta" or "dough" or more generally "pastry" though the actual spelling is "pâte",
This is what inspired me the pun as a name for this page, "La main à la pâte" which means "hands-on" in English.

I'm a French happy and gourmet mum of 3 big kids with a passion for France, Food and Fun.
I arrived in Karori with my family right after Christmas 2017, from the South-East of France, (100km south of Lyon).

 

My daughter Pauline, aged 17, will assist me with talking and playing with your kids so they are completely immersed in the French language. Since May 2018, Pauline and I have been baby-sitting 3 adorable and energetic french speaking boys aged 6, 8 and 10 in Karori. We hope to be sharing French with many more kids in Karori, whether already French speaking or not, there is room for every curious kid who is keen to hear and speak French with us !
